Snow Days!
The winter storm of 2008 had a big impact on many businesses, including ours! Many days last week we were not open at all because people just couldn’t get to work. And, since many local customers were impacted, our sales efforts were difficult as well.
Thanks to all of you, employees, customers, and suppliers, that have been patient as we worked through this crazy time. Now that the snow is melted, we are looking forward to getting back to normal!

The Rose City Label family turned out with big smiles to recognize a valuable part of our team, Bonnie Ostergard, who is retiring after 13 years of sales. The RCL team, and her wonderful family were on hand to wish her well as she moves on to her next phase of life.
Bonnie made a very memorable speech as she went around the room and told a very insightful story about everyone she had worked with so closely over the years. She was funny, gracious, and very accurate in all of her assessments of the cast of characters assembled to wish her well.
In addition to her co-workers, Bonnie will be missed by her many devoted customers – many of whom ordered early just so Bonnie could get the credit for the order before she departs.
That is a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and love Bonnie put into her customers and our company over the years. Luckily she won’t be totally gone from the family, as her husband Walt will be with us at least another year! Great job Bonnie – you will be missed!
