We are always thrilled when our customers say nice things about us. This website is all about communicating the value and expertise we bring to our customers, but oftentimes the customers can say it much better than we can:
The quality of their labels is top-notch, but that is actually secondary to their level of service. Because of Shaun’s attention to detail, we have been alerted to errors within our own graphics, saving us time, money, and embarrassment.
We are frequently courted by other label companies, receiving expensive label portfolios on a near-weekly basis. Nothing any other company could offer us compares to the quality and service we receive from Shaun and Rose City.

Thanks to all of you that have followed our journey the past 3 months — today is the day that our press put ink on paper! This is a huge step forward in print technology for Rose City Label. Thanks in advance for your patience as we learn to maximize this amazing new resource. Better quality and faster labels for you!
You can’t really tell from your computer screen, but the print quality is outstanding. Very fine dots, very crisp edges, and unlimited potential for the future – stay tuned for more information!

The new digital room looks beautiful and the press arrives tomorrow – amazing to reflect on all the things we had to do to make it happen. Happy to be very close to install, training, and then making more great labels for you.

Thanks so much to all of you that have supported Rose City Label this year — we are truly thankful for each and every one of our customers. We have been very busy meeting tight deadlines and preparing for the press install next week, but the rest of this week we are closed. We want our team to relax and enjoy their families and reflect on all the blessings we share.
Rose City Label will be closed Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th.
We will reopen for business at 7:0o am on Monday, December 1st and we look forward to serving you then.

A stable foundation is absolutely essential for precise quality printing. As we move forward with higher technology and more complex digital labels, we have to build from a solid foundation – literally!
Though it wasn’t 100% required by the press vendor, a new surface for the press was strongly recommended for best press performance. That is what we want — best possible press performance for you! This new press is a major step forward for Rose City Label and we want to get the very best from the investment.
Serving our customers with faster turn around, better quality, and more dynamic printing options — that is what this is all about. Thank you for your patience, and for all the support the past 3 years that has helped us get to the point where we need more equipment to keep up.

We are getting ready for our new digital press to arrive, which means a little remodeling
to make space for it. Digital labels have become very popular in the last few years and
we want to keep up with all the demands digital printing comes with. Lisa has completed
the pre-press training and we are all excited to get this new digital machine in here.
